1. Complaints & Refund Requests
All complaints or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please email us at hello@raecare.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds are issued at our discretion and will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive your request.
2. Return Policy
You may return an item within 7 business days from the date you received it. Returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service. We do not accept walk-in returns.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

You must include proof of purchase from raecare.com
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to you.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued in the form of a gift voucher redeemable on raecare.com. Refunds to cash or credit card are not available.
If your return is not approved, the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
4. Damaged Items Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours at hello@raecare.com with:

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
Once confirmed, we will issue a gift voucher equal to the product value.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any return shipping cost borne by Raecare (if applicable) will be deducted from your gift voucher.
6. Maximum Refund Limit
The maximum refund value is the price paid for the returned product. Additional compensation for inconvenience, delays, or other claims is not provided.
